The worst company imaginable. We've never imagined having an experience any worse than we had. Lies, misrepresentation, false estimates, overall a terrible moving experience. You could pick a company out of the bag and get a better one.

My husband and I used this company. We gave them a week notice and they had two gentlemen come out today. They were very efficient and polite. Both of the guys that came were friendly and worked quickly to load our furniture and boxes items. We would definitely recommend them! Super late on sending out this review. Forgot to hit post:)

I had a pool table moved and I additionally paid $150 for it to be re-felted and the felt went on poorly. I asked for it to be fixed and the owner agreed to do it and then subsequently no showed on 3 different appointments with no notification. Now he has ceased any and all forms of communication with me leaving the pool table in this shape. They have dodged my calls and ignored all texts, while leaving read receipts on so that i know they read them. Would not recommend to anyone. No Class or accountability. Communication to just get them booked was terrible to begin with. The are bad at their jobs and even worse with service.

If there was a "Zero" star, I would give them that. They are the most unprofessional and horrible movers I've seen. PLEASE don't use them as they are very unethical and I can share pictures of the damage they caused and hid it from me by hiding it with their blanket behind at the back of the storage room. And when asked about it, they DID not resolve the issue, in fact, they don't answer your calls/emails once they get their money. Please reach out to me and I can provide proof. Learnt a valuable lesson as my wife says, you get what you pay for. They might be cheap in Cleveland area, but definitely the worst.

A great moving company who takes pride in their work and they treat your furniture, paintings, and televisions like they would treat their own ! You will be glad you hired them and feel good about the money you spend !

Elite Movers did a GREAT job for me this past weekend. They moved my apartments as well as my boyfriend's apartment into one downtown, freight elevator, pain in the butt apartment and they did a fabulous job. They were on time and FLEW through the process getting us packed up and moved in the 4 hours we committed to. I would absolutely recommend Elite Movers and will use them again in the future.
