E. 81st St. Deli is a neighborhood deli with outstanding customer service. The staff at the front counter are described as very beautiful, kind hearted, helpful, and pleasant. The food is guaranteed to be great, and they are happy to fix any errors. They are popular for their TikTok chicken salad, which is really good and as advertised. The corn beef sandwich is also great. They offer homemade house dressing, extra eggs, croutons, and Clear Fruit drinks like Islandbreeze. The deli can be a bit busy, but they take call-in orders which helps a lot. Customers say not to let the neighborhood scare you, as you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing food. Everything on the menu is delicious and fresh! The neighborhood is rough at best but that spot is like a diamond in the rough! A must try!!😋🤤
