I pull up at 9:07am and the gates are still down and they're struggling to them. They open the doors to go in so I go get out the car as well. When the security guard comes out, I speak, he says nothing so I go in but he is quick to say they're not open yet. It is now 9:12 am and still nothing.

We are from Canada and last Thanksgiving holiday in Buffalo, we bought a balloon for our four-year-old daughter from Dollar Tree. She loved it very much. However, the balloon flew away on our way back, which made her very sad. Because she couldn't stop thinking about the balloon, we promised her to buy another one next time we come to the US.
These days, we searched every Dollar Tree in Cleveland to find it and finally got the second one. But an hour later, the tape between the balloon and the ribbon came off, and it flew away again! We quickly got to the store and found her the third balloon.
I told the cashier lady that we had just lost the previous one. She kindly brought this charm for my girl and didn't charge us. My daughter was overjoyed, and our whole family was very touched.
I never expected to receive such thoughtful and heartwarming service at such an affordable store. Thank you very much!

I've been to this Dollar tree several times! I can say that I have never had any issues. The parking lot used to be horrible with potholes but they have filled them and expanded a lot. Never really any issues with parking and it has been getting pretty packed in there! The cashiers normally are great, however, sometimes they can be slow. I see no reason not to visit again. I can always find what I need.

I pulled up @ 7:50 pm and the door was locked and the sign aays 8:00 pm so I had to go to family dollar to purchases what I needed and had to pay more for what I would have @ dollar tree plua it was and inconvenience

I really enjoy the cost and selections at dollar tree. I would shop more in the store but I need a motorized shopping cart because I use a walker.

We came here for crafty items and their arts and crafts section was well stocked! We were very pleased!

I was very surprised and impressed with how well stocked this location was! The workers were helpful and pleasant and I have to share this.....I found loads of vegan items! I am in love ?! Very helpful especially with the current cost of living and inflation of groceries.....they have good quality food especially if you take your time and browse I found some great buys! Definitely coming back!
