Hidden fees and horrific customer service. Added a $75 cleaning fee without asking at all at the end of the trip. Car was in pristine condition and I only had it for 2 days. No ability to contact a live agent. Horrible experience. Someone at dollar please contact me I have left inquiries and no response.

The car had no washer fluid and was 1/8 less than full we returned it with a full tank..
