My first time in this store blew me away. Aisles were stocked and the store was clean. Every single employee I encountered greeted me and was very courteous and professional. Love this store!

Instead of simply fixing the pricing error I mentioned (which is the push of a single button), the cashier THREW all of my groceries out of the bag onto the counter, spoke very rudely to me, and made her manager void the entire transaction and ring it up herself. The way she spoke ABOUT me to her manager was not as quietly as she probably intended. Customer service is EVERYTHING, ladies. Do better.

Everytime I have come to this location every female employee that works here is on a smoking break.When you approach the counter to check out you get audible huffs and puffs, last week by a younger female employee whos always on her phone She said " come on dude!" I said " excuse me, " oh nothing" how friggin rude.

the place is a mess. there's no stock, no help, boxed product everywere with no product on shelf. go 1 block down to dollar mart/ dollar tree. at the least its clean and has product on the shelves . unless you like picking thru box's of course.

The shelves were very neatly organized and amply stocked. I was so delighted to find disinfectant spray ?...I haven't been able to find ANY in VA Beach.
