There's a Bank manager at this location name Robert! And he's the best! I had banking issues due to not having knowledge of the things I needed done. And this man explained everything to me! I hope this location is back open! Because I have a Dollar Bank where I live, but I prefer to dive 30 minutes to this location! Everyone working there during the times I went was quick to help with service. Never seen a long waiting line!

Opened a new account after moving from out of state and they were very kind, very professional and knowledgeable. The staff here is A1 and I am not sure if she's the manager or a supervisor but there's at woman at this location and she's amazing and I appreciate her I had questions about credit cards and car loans and she was upfront and honest, she wasn't trying to get me to apply for something just to get the application!!

My family and I have banked here for over 30 years!! My daughter called today to ask some questions about paperwork we needed, NEW bank manager was rude saying he's not comfortable talking about the account because he doesn't know her..she didn't give our names or ask anything personal as far as our account, only a general question about getting some paperwork together that we needed...I know everyone at this branch (Galleria) and I have we have never been treated that way..it saddens me that I will not be going to this branch anymore because of this! Talking about "well I'm the new manager and I run this branch! Yes well u obviously let that go to ur head! When I stated I would not be going here anymore he then says ok with an attitude like he had no care in losing a costumer for over 30years! I understand privacy in accounts but AGAIN she did not even ask anything personal at all! But even if she did, she is an authorized person on our accounts! The old manager knew all of us and always would satisfy our needs! Him and everyone there are so kind and make you feel so welcome..one phone call with this man and so upset! Ridiculous!

just nowVery rude service people. They don't listen at all. I explained what was needed, and the reason for it. But instead of listening, they kept talking. Bad news!
