THE MOST HORRIBLE TRAUMATIC BANK EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!!!! I never did anything and I have been having nothing but trouble with dollar bank for the whole 3 weeks I've had the accounts open. All that I've ever done with my accounts there is deposit paychecks and withdraw money. Why is my account being closed? I was sent a letter about unsatisfactory activity. WHAT UNSATISFACTORY ACTIVITY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What did I do wrong? I go through enough already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am good with finances and always have been. Bankers have given me wrong information over the phone and inside the bank. There was an overdraft that happened that wasn't my fault. I was told by a banker when funds would be available to me and I scheduled a payment to come out of my checking account accordingly. The funds weren't made available when said and this created an overdraft. YOU ALL ARE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF ERROR ON YOUR PART NOT MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!!! I DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!!! I WILL BE MAKING A LAST AND PERSONAL VISIT TO THE BANK TOMORROW TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS PERMANENTLY. MY CHEST HURTS RIGHT NOW. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOUVE DONE TO FURTHER DISRESPECT AND STRESS ME OUT. I HATE Y'ALL.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

I don't think I've ever come to this branch where there was not some sort of problem. ATM eating my card, computer problems that take forever and a day to do my banking,etc. Nearly half the time I go here. Employees are fine. They are apologetic and courteous, but their systems suck.

I have been banking with Dollar Bank for nearly 15 years. They have free checking accounts, online banking and great loan rates! All my loans are with a Dollar Bank. They remember me when I come into the bank and they don't work on commission so it makes me comfortable working with them. I highly recommend Dollar Bank!

This bank and or its branch manager thinks everything is suspicious that walks into this bank. Will call the Parma police on you Because they feel you look suspicious. Avoid this bank in Parma at all expenses. Matter fact find another bank to do your business at. Show them how suspicious you are of them. I wanted to rate this Dollar bank institute a 0 Which I can not. A one star is to good for it. I rate it a 0.

WORST bank ever!!!!! I started to notice that I kept loosing more and more money from this bank and I never really understood why... and when I went into the branch to clear it all up, the lady had the worst attitude ever. From being so fed up with her attitude, I told her to just shut down my accounts. She tossed my ID and debit card at me and told me to have a seat with a smerk. I'm completely aggravated and annoyed with this bank! If you're looking for a bank, I recommend you go somewhere else! This bank is horrible . I suggest going to Chase Bank instead
