Horrible company. Best Buy needs to remove them as there delivery service. Do not let them deliver. Damage property. Lie about calling. And leave voicemails that say nothing to act as If they tried. Changes time if delivery three times in a day.

Horrible service never reccomend. Rude people. Damage stuff on there way in and damage stuff on the way out. Scheduling conflict three times in one day for them to never show up. Horrible company. And when you try and call there number is disconnected. ask Best Buy who is delivering before you purchase. If they use these... read full comment

Usually don't write reviews but have to in this case. Same experience as everyone else. Bought washer and dryer from Best Buy, had appointment today 3-7pm. They were here twice and drove away, no delivery. Have to reschedule...are you kidding me
