I recently had the misfortune of visiting dension food mart Convenience Store, and it was an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish. The first red flag was the unkempt appearance of the store, with disorganized shelves and dusty merchandise. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated to assist customers. The lack of proper hygiene standards was appalling.The product selection was limited and overpriced, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. To make matters worse, the checkout process was excruciatingly slow, with the cashier displaying zero enthusiasm or courtesy and specifically in night time a boy cashier is extremely rude and misleading customers . Convenience Store left a lasting impression, and not in a good way. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a convenient and pleasant shopping experience to steer clear of this establishment. There are far better options available that value their customers and maintain basic standards of cleanliness and service.

New in town, very happy to find a place open late that carries my favorite snacks. They have those classic convenience store treats in the clear bags, including 4 or 5 flavors of sour belts (never seen pink lemonade or pineapple before!). Also jazzed about the selection of 2-for-$1 packets of chips, especially the Chester's flamin hot fries. Exactly what I wanted at midnight!

This place does not work with DoorDash anymore and hasn't for the past 6 months. Ask me how I know- well I placed and order today well over $40 only to go pick it up and the order was never going to be fulfilled. I received zero communication about this. Not cool! Merchant needs to delete themselves off of the platform and this platform needs to improvise a better system so that orders as placed effectively & efficiently.

Changed ownership not too long ago.When the customer service is great...people tend to go out the way to shop there . I love it they all the hard to find limited addition snacks and they treat their customers very good.

I only get black & milds from here and maybe a pop the mom and pop and their son's are very friendly they seem like good people I only buy milds from this place nowhere else but I'm salty they price went up from $5 to $5.75 I didn't like that but I'll still go back
