These two folks are the rudest people I’ve ever met, I’ve never been to this store was stopping to grab a few things and was refused service because the person I was with didn’t have an ID even though I was the buyer. The bald guy who is the Assistant Manager backed him up and didn’t not resolve the situation at al! They were yelling at us along with the cashier. I don’t know if it’s racism or unprofessionalism but I would like a a follow as I am extremely offended as a customer.

This supermarket terrible experience i got ever with management (owner or supervisor) They super rude and spoil. Their system terrible. Also they never agree their mistakes. Anyway finding other store to shop this is not an alternative eighter

I used to love this grocery store until today while im walking around to go down the juice aisle several mice were running around and that's by far the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I will never go back and yall lucky i ain't caught it on camera because i would've showed the world how nasty this place is.

I want to recognize Ms Cookie and Ms Shatia in the fresh deli section. These amazing women went above and beyond to provide me with a most beautiful vegan sandwich. I felt so nourished and so loved! Please recognize these two consumate professionals!

The store is nice but the bakery is horrible, I ordered a cake, they gave me like 2% of cake and 98% of the cream ? I’ll never order a cake here, I don’t recommend

Dave's is a local supermarket chain, and this location focuses on Puerto Rican food. They sometimes have good gift card deals.

So I went to this store yesterday, and my experience was horrible, I went to the to buy groceries only to realize when I got home I didn't have more than half my groceries because of the cashier, I called and even went back to repurchase some items that I really neede...I spoke to a manager he looked very dirty..the lady in the that booth with dark hair had a nasty disposable...I called this morning only to be treated even worse by the new manager who then hung up on me, I called back and he routed my call to an Akron store....I was able to retain the information I got some important information , I would highly recommend people to find a better store to shop at .They don't care that they have skow employees with dirty management...I don't want to even give this one star because they absolutely don't deserve the one, I have contacted corporate & disputing all charges....

This store would get a 4 star solely because they sell more Spanish products than I see in other stores but, their security is very unprofessional and cannot handle situations with children present. I found it very disrespectful that one of their security was using foul language in front of my friends one year old daughter while throwing a family who also had a young girl present out of the store I don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore unfortunately.

Get some more chicken wings I’m tired of coming there and you don’t have enough meat. Upgrade too it looks dirty and old. Take advice from the owners out in Euclid.
