I’ve use the storage like 10 yrs ago when my sons were younger now all grown and to tell you that this is the most cleanest and kindest place that I can say I love wouldn’t choose none other unless they went out of business ?but it’s just me I think it’s safe as well because I was there yesterday and there was a police car in the rear I felt ok but it was only 4:30pm idk what it’s like after hours ? omg reasonable $$ convenient off freeway

The people in the office were extremely helpful. They were thorough in their explanation of the facility and went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Best storage experience I've ever had. Thank you!

The storage unit gave me roaches. I only had my items in there for about three days and I came back and there’s a bug on one of my boxes!!! someone next to me has roaches and I didn’t know anything about it until I called the front desk!!! it’s been about a week now since my things been in the storage and I have to throw my things out and the new couches I just bought… all because of cubesmart!!! They have not even CALLED the exterminator or anything PLUS they didn’t even check out my unit!!! it’s not fair to me because I’m paying them to keep my items there. I’m going to look into suing them!!!! my daughters items are ruined as well!!!! I just don’t understand why the units aren’t as secure as we thought!!!! Plus the manager is always gone I should’ve chosen another location somewhere in the Heights area where it’s always more professional!!! THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE WHOLE ENTIRE FLOOR IF THERE ARE BUGS OR MICE RUNNING AROUND IN THE STORAGE UNITS!!! common SENSE.. IF THEY WANT TO AVOID SITUATIONS LIKE THIS!!! I’m not paying them next month!!! just for that!!!

The facilities were easy to get to, clean and in good condition. The staff were cheerful, helpful kind and courteous.

The manager, James, was very professional and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and ones that we didn’t even know we had. The cube was clean and ready to go when we got there. Great service!

Great place to store your things if you want a safe, dry and rodent free environment. The price never goes down but will go up quite a bit after the promotional offer. No matter how long your there there are no discounts abs they will lien your cube if your 2 months late.
