Kristie told my husband that he qualified for an upgrade but she lead him to believe that was what he was getting one verses the Motorola Power with 64GB he had. Stepoed out to fet something to eat.Now he can't use the Cricket Icon 4 (32GB) camera without giving the phone permission to use the camera to connect to my location. Couldn't use the GPS and only had the phone less than a week and he already received a notice that he used 2 GB of data.The manager said he couldn't return it unless, he paid more money. Already paid $115 for a useless phone, We Do Not Recommend going Here At All.

I ported over to Cricket wireless just last November 2021 and the phone I received was The dream 5g it was not a good phone. So I returned the phone and the manager Jen helped me change to another phone and it was malfunctioning as well. So after returning the 2nd phone she have me a different phone and some accessories. I should have been refunded 15.19 for the difference but I never received it yet. I went to the store on December 10th 2021 to get some help. The assistant manager Leah tried to help me but later became angry and very rude and disrespectful she even used profanity and told me to leave the store. I tried to reach corporate office but never heard back from anyone or received my refund.

The people the 2 ladies at the store lied to me they was supposed to give me a free case with my phone they told me that they will get me one I could come back and pick it up so I did they they then tried to charge me. And she even said we owe you a case

I took my mom to this Cricket location to get a new phone. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by a very kind young lady name Leah. Leah helped my mom choose a phone and accessories to protect her new phone. While we were waiting to get everything changed over another really nice young lady name Allison helped my mom choose a Bluetooth speaker. Allison went over the features of the speaker and even demonstrated the volume for her. Once we were all done Leah informed my mom that if she needed any help setting up her phone that she can always come in and they would be happy to help her with the setup. These two ladies were very friendly and pleasant and made the change over quick and simple.
