Pricing is affordable, staff is friendly, but don’t bother calling as they will waste your time.I had 2 unsuccessful trips since my phone call. No returns / exchange on contacts and flat out refused to work on “designer frames”. Seems like that policy changed / got stricter.

Arrived at the tire Center early as instructed. I was told they were running behind. Then told it would be 2 hours to put on the tires I had purchased. 2 hours later - "we couldn't find your tires, so we're just starting." The last instruction... "bring it back within 25 miles so we can check the lug nuts were put on tightly." Really?!!! Seems pretty basic, yet knowing where the tires are is also...

I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser. Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.

Last visit, I utilized the self checkout but Costco seriously failed this day between the employee and the supposed supervisory staff. Employee decided to swear at me because he was too busy on his phone and supervisor/manager acted like I was making it up even though your cameras likely caught the whole interaction. Solution: fire gm because they fostered a dysfunctional work environment, fire employee because swearing at a customer is completely unacceptable and fire supervisor for failing to address the problem & instead blame the customer. There are plenty of hardworking people that want/need jobs. Stop keeping bad employees that only serve to drag down your name.

I usually go to this Costco because it is closer to home. I required some specific clothing pieces and couldn't figure it out on the website. I called in to ask if they could check for this type of pant and was immediately met with an attitude. And instead of helping me solve the situation, I solved it myself by requesting that she look for the item. I always try to be polite and upbeat, but this lady was not it. Please work on teaching your staff customer service and etiquette!!!!

PSA: COSTCO IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING TRANSACTIONS FROM FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS, OR ANYONE-- EXCEPT THE CARDHOLDER. This review is for M***. You probably haven't had sex in a while; I can empathize with this, however, I cannot tolerate rude cashiers and (in general) people who assume the worst of their patrons and customers. I want better for you. I want you to live in a world with kindness and where people treat you with respect. But, as you know, these things start with you. Additionally, I can connect you with my hairdresser. She's excellent and should be able to tone those brassy blonde stripes, so that you achieve the blend I'm sure you were hoping for. At this point I'm willing to throw in a spa day! Hopefully that would amend your spirits for the next idiots that walk into Costco without the significant other, to whom the card belongs. Have a nice today and a nicer tomorrow (please)!P.S. The supervisor was delightful, effective, and polite. Very much appreciated.

This is a very good, but typical Costco. Everything is clean and fully stocked and the staff is always on top of it. Sometimes, the produce does have mold and/or is wilted which is sad to see. The food court is a bit of mess as they never seem to be adequately staffed for the amount of people who crave that $1.50 hot dog combo, which is turn, creates a mob of people always swarming around the dining tables. Additionally, while I've always liked their strawberry sundaes, their fruit smoothie was a bit too watery.

What's NOT to love? It's Costco, and from what I've heard and believe since I come here often, it's supposedly the second busiest one in the country. If there is ANY downside, that's it. It's always busy. My favorite place to shop though, and it's minutes from my house.

How can anyone live these days without Costco! The store in Mayfield Heights is always crowded. I think it's time to open another one nearby. Solon would be a good location.

I was having a pleasant experience until the checkout. I usually go to the Strongsville location and at that location you simply pull your cart up and 1 of the 2 associates at the checkout counter put your items on the belt and ring you out. At this location I was met with impatience by 2 associates at the lane I picked and I put my cart in the lane where the sign said cart and walked to the register with my boyfriend where the associate then told me "you're supposed to unload your cart but it's okay this time". So I'm very confused why 2 associates are needed at a single checkout register if they don't bag items and customers should unload the cart themselves? Sounds like someone just didn't want to work and was taking it out on me. I've asked friends who have been to other Costco locations in the area and all agree that the associate unloads their carts with no issue. I will not be returning since she felt the need to single me out.

I recently purchased 2 prescription pairs of glasses -- 1 every day glasses and 1 sunglasses. I'm nearsighted, plus I require bifocals. I was amazed how much money I saved, compared to other vision centers or even thru the vision center at the optometrist office I go to. Even with the $40 discount, my total for both pairs came to $252.00. I spent way more than that thru my optometrist office for only 1 pair of glasses a few years ago! I thought I couldn't get glasses at Costco due to my detailed prescription, I'm glad their department was able to tell me no problem they could handle it.I received my glasses in 1 week and absolutely love them. The staff was friendly and didn't try to sell you something you didn't need. I will definitely be back for any future glasses purchases and would recommend Costco's vision center.

Went in on a Sunday for frame repair, and the employee let me know the frames were too damaged. This was a pair that I purchased from a location in Wichita they didn't stock in this location, so she coordinated for delivery of a replacement pair with the Kansas store. They arrived within 2 days! I went in the next day and had the lenses swapped in, no adjustments were needed and I was on my way. Very quick, very helpful, highly recommend!
