The store is always well-organized, they have everything I need in stock, and if I need help someone is always there to assist me. Having the Geek Squad in the same location is convenient for me when I have a laptop issue. A+++++ Customer Service!!”
“These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”
