Lauren was very kind; however, there were a couple of things to note. We received the truck at half a tank of gas when we should have received it full. There were also damages to the Penske truck when we picked it up, and Lauren promised us he would mark them down so we would not be penalized. He did not do that and when we dropped it off we were told we had to pay for the damages. Thankfully, they took our word for it, but if they had not been so kind, we would have been fined. If you get a Penske truck from here, document any and all damages or you will get fined!

Lauren the area manager is the BOMB! So understanding, supportive, and kind during an extremely stressful moving period. USE COMPASS! You will not regret it! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the parking ramp is very large and efficient!
