Vehicle was picked up as "completed" back in late March. After going back twice - after pointing out that the chrome piece was missing on the right fog light when I picked up the vehicle, and after 3 phone calls and 2 visits, my CR-V is still waiting with no replies or completion of repairs. Obvious as hell since they took off the chrome on the left side of the broken facia and installed it on the new piece but never replaced the missing right one. In other words, they did NOT restore (repair) my vehicle to how it was before the accident. This would be something for you to consider when getting your vehicle repaired especially if you customized your vehicle. Check out the pictures and see how they missed the obvious lack to detail.IF they ever decide to correct their omission, I will update this post but for now, I am NOT satisfied with their lack of attention to detail.

I took my truck in for truck repair. Pickup it up on Thursday. Lol brand new what they did to it. U don't have to pay them for nothing.

I feel like my time was completely wasted. I contacted the shop regarding an adjustment to a claim and was given an appointment two weeks out, which was fine. However, upon inspection of my car, it was determined that the previous body shop did not properly fix it, which they would confirm with the insurance company. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, the shop did not return my calls. Eventually, after multiple promises of callbacks, they finally spoke to the insurance company, only to be told that the claim was closed.I was informed that someone could call me back to discuss further details, but I made it clear that if I wasn't contacted within a reasonable timeframe, I would not pursue the matter further. I felt that the lack of professionalism shown by the shop, in making me wait over a month for a response, was unacceptable. While I understand that the shop may not be responsible for the issues with my car, I believe they failed to handle the situation professionally. They did not keep me updated or provide any documentation of their findings, which could have assisted me in taking further action to address the situation.Essentially, I visited the shop with the goal of proving that another shop had damaged my car. However, they were unwilling to provide any details without confirmation from the insurance company.

So far didn't not had a good experience with the overall result but will update once I can deal with the issue with my vehicle.
