Title: Disappointed Experience Applying for Call Center PositionsReview:I came across this company's job postings on a blind and visually impaired job board, and I was initially excited about the opportunity to join their call center team. With my extensive background in the call center industry, including experience at Envision Dallas as an agent, team lead, and manager, I felt confident in my qualifications for the positions available. However, my experience with this company's hiring process has been incredibly disappointing. Despite submitting my application and eagerly waiting for a response, I never heard back from them. It's been months, and there has been complete silence – no acknowledgment of receipt, no follow-up, nothing. What's even more frustrating is that I referred some of my former colleagues to these job postings, hoping they would also have the chance to apply. Sadly, they encountered the same lack of communication from the company. As someone who understands the challenges of unemployment, especially within our demographic, I find it incredibly disheartening that this employer doesn't even have the courtesy to send a simple rejection email. A brief message informing applicants that they were not selected to move forward would have been greatly appreciated and would have shown respect for the time and effort we invested in applying.Overall, my experience with this company's hiring process has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others to proceed with caution when considering employment opportunities with them.

Had attended a meeting held for clients "all about phones" that included Android and iPhones. Where you discussed issues you were having and assistance if needed? Was informative and useful and you got to socialize with other clients.

I was having breakfast in the Hotel opposite and noticed a blind Gentleman by the road. I left my breakfast and crossed over and approached him gently and said good morning to you Sir how are you doing? Do you need any help? He was pleased for the offer but was just getting some fresh air. I ended up having a nice conversation with him. I was pleased I had offered my help today and wish your Sight Center all the best.

Our last visit was for a technology fair for people who are blinding low vision and it was a very informative event. I have used their services before and the staff has been great and very helpful. Also have made use of some of their activities like tandem bike riding which was a lot of fun and I hope they will do more of this in the future. Excellent resource that more people should be aware of.

The Cleveland Sight Center is a treasure! Upon our first visit to the Center, we were welcomed by Mr. Jim! They offer a lot of resources and services for the blind and visually impaired. They have their own parking lot. The parking is free!

The services that they offer to low vision patients is amazing. We are so blessed to have them here in Cleveland. I just attended the white cane walk and was impressed with all the hard work and planning that was needed for this event. I was something that I plan to attend again. This was their 18th year and up until recently I never heard of the White Cane Walk

Government-funded plays and treat the clients just like they're nothing they have no empathy no sympathy and they really do not like people to come in and ask for services that means they have to work and they don't want to work a lot of places that's out here now after the covid theydo not want to do their and they make the clients feel most uncomfortable just for asking for help and it's so sad

Unfortunately, I found their management to be generally disinterested in finding for new ideas for their clientele. Hopefully, they will be much more open in the future.
