This rental car spot is the worst. So far from airport. Rude desk employees. Think I'll do turo next trip. Rented from pretty much all the companies at this airport and all the employees are miserable.

The Budget RAC exit has been closed for over a year, but no signage was added to direct customers to the actual exit.

Experience was as expected, but it was a bit frustrating that they were (seemingly) understaffed. It took quite some time to get our pre-rented car squared away.HOWEVER, the man was very polite at the Dollar Rental counter (outgoing) and the staff were very polite at the Hertz (drop-off) lane when we returned the vehicle.
