Needed some lumber for a swing I was making my wife. Not good at picking it out but can put together anything you give me. I got sent here by another lumber yard who did have what I needed.The people here were so nice. The helpfulness I experienced from paying to getting loaded was top notch! The guy loading showed me how to properly look at wood & see the flaws for the future. And was careful loading it in suv. I will forever buy any lumber I need from. Them do to not making me feel stupid bc I wasn't sure how to pick the wood.They also told me how to store the wood until I was ready to build with it.Thank you for having the great customer service & care still!

Where to begin... So, I've been using Cleveland lumber company for over 7 years now, and from a completely unbiased viewpoint, they're the best show in town. Yeah, some of the guys might have bad days, we all do- but in the time I've worked with them I have tosay they are all stand up people and won't give you a line of b s. Like most other retailers will. They are honest, straight to the point, and if you find it cheaper somewhere else, it will almost always be of a much lesser Quality. I will continue to use Cleveland Lumber Company because they are consistent and I can always count on their quality consistency, and timeliness. They also offer the widest range of millwork and services in Cleveland at what may potentially be the most competetive rices around.

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered two small panel doors and was quoted $95. When I went to pick up the doors, a man by the name Vince who identified himself as the owner began yelling at me unprovoked that there was no way I would get panel doors for $95. I tried to explain to him that was just what I quoted. He told he would fire the employee that made the quote! I asked that please not do that. Vince was verbally aggressive and extremely difficult to speak with for literally no reason. I was willing to try to find an alternative to what I originally ordered, but as he continued to attack me verbally I just couldn’t give him my business. The employees there were all amazing and I feel sorry that they have to work for such a horrible person.
