Andrew and his crew got us and our converted school bus in quickly and got us out even quicker; our rig went from dead on the interstate shoulder to running better than ever in about a day with their work. Excellent spot to take your truck; very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. Their automated estimate program was also great, had a lot of peice of mind knowing exactly what work was getting done and when. I absolutely recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome! I've taken my Ram truck to three dealers and they couldn't tell me what was wrong. One said they think they can fix it for $12k. Cleveland Diesel Repair fixed it for less than the diagnostic was going to cost, they are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They deserve 6 stars.

I called Cleveland Diesel Repair on a Thursday night looking to have my truck fixed as it was inoperable. They said bring it in first thing tomorrow morning and we’ll get you in and out. Sure enough, they did just that. Extremely professional, courteous, reasonable and honest. Would recommend them to anyone.

Wow! These guys r amazing! I’m out of town and I called told em about my situation that one of my airlines ruptured and tore apart. I had the parts. He immediately told me to come on over and they will fix it. I got there and in less than 30 mins they were done. I asked how much ? And they said don’t worry about it and just leave us a good review in exchange! I was thrilled , I was not expecting that, other shops quoted me $120 for the same work and these gentlemen did it for free. I would highly highly recommend you take your truck to them for any repairs. Most genuine shop I ever been to. Keep up the amazing work guys! I will be back for any other repairs when I’m in around Cleveland.

Had a oil leak on my 2007 c7 cat engine, my oil pressure. Cleveland Diesel got my baby back running. Had to sit for a week because they squeezed me in but none the less got it done????????

We have been using this shop for work on two Cascadias with DD15s , and 3 of box trucks, two of which have C7s. So far, there hasnt been an issue they have turned away, and have always done the work properly. Using them for a rebuild shortly on C7.

I highly recommend NOT to use this mechanic shop, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We had agreed on truck was going to be fixed in a week at x price. Truck wasn't fixed until ~two weeks later at ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed on even though we had agreed to x price. The shop constantly lied about when the truck will be ready, constantly stated "Truck will be ready tomorrow". The shop has horrible customer service, the mechanics/representatives were extremely rude. Being foreigner in Cleveland, I was lied to and forced to pay ~DOUBLE the price we had agreed or else I wasn't going to get our truck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

They are fairly accommodating to out of town truckers or diesel owners. However are somewhat lacking on speed as far as local folks repairs.
