I would not recommend anyone using these services for physical therapy. It is very expensive. It is broken down by 15minute sessions and its going to cost at least $200 per fifteen minute session.

From start to finish top notch care at Cleveland Clinic Walker Center. Like all other CCF facilities it's crisp and clean. All members of staff are friendly and extremely helpful. While waiting between a couple of appts I stopped by the cafeteria for some fresh fruit and an iced tea. The fruit was very fresh and delicious and the staff was amazing and so helpful. Every provider, including the social worker in the Functional Mobility Clinic were informative and like all CCF providers took the time to answer all questions and address all concerns I had. I love Cleveland Clinic!

Had PCR Covid testing on a Monday at 10am I am from Canada so it was required to travel back within a 72 hr time period therefore I was nervous not to receive my results in time. The process is VERY organized and quick I was out of the drive through in 20-25 mins. Staff were so wonderfu!! I was told results should take 2-3 days which is right with most PCR testings. I received them Wednesday at 1am and I couldn't be more impressed. With all the people the lab managed to complete the results and add them to the online website to locate the results was outstanding Definitely will return!!!

Go to University Hospital if you’re looking to be tested for covid. I paid $55 and waited 3 hours for the virtual meeting that is required to obtain a physicians referral in order to be tested. After waiting on hold for 3 hours and talked to the doctor for 5 minutes I was given the referral saying that I should be tested. I called the next day to setup an appointment and they said I needed to setup a new virtual meeting and get a new referral because the one I had wouldn’t work.... I’ve called 3 different times and haven’t been successful setting up a test. I called University Hospital and they got me in and tested 2 days later. DONT PAY THE CLINIC THE $55 FEE. It’s a waste of money and you’ll get nothing out of it besides a pointless 5 minute meeting after being out on hold for hours.

I bring my mother here for the pain clinic. She needs a ride for these visits and isn't allowed to drive herself. I am glad she gets good care here and has a great doctor. With that being said, the building and its employees are miserable. The parking garage is usually full by 9am. You have to pay to park and use a self service machine while the attendant sits in the booth texting or starring at you while you try to get the machine to take your money. The public toilet on the second floor (closest bathroom for me) is run down with broken purse hooks, floor tiles and out of order stalls. In the cafeteria there is either a long line of employees to wait behind or you get the dried out cold leftovers. I have to wait a long time (2hrs or more) and am expected to be in the waiting room the entire time. They want to see you when they take the patient back and have no pager system to call you and let you know your loved one is ready to be picked up. There are also no updates if they are behind or having a difficult time. No coffee (they got rid of the coffee) or tv, a very uncomfortable and unfriendly wait. It is difficult to be in pain and stressful to take care of someone in pain. The Cleveland Clinic with its building and its employees should be doing better than this. Disappointed in CC.

Very rude receptionist, (actually both Mellisa and Antoinette) Drove 4 hrs just to see smug looks on both faces, no smiles or hello! Nice welcoming crew! Then was told by Melissa heavier set African American young lady, that we all don't need to be at counter cause we don't need to hear next person business. Mind you Mellisa not even the one checking my dad in. 2nd my dad has Dementia and my mom and myself are both Medical power of Attorneys. So yes we do need to be at counter. So the only one that could have sat down was my 13yr old son who has never been here, so I think he will right by his mom. If you don't like working customer service then don't apply for this job! People come here from all over the world they already have problems, maybe a smile and warm greeting would be nice. These 2 could learn a lot from the Melon center, workers over there are on point and very friendly! 07/29 Morning time. Desk c21
