I had the Kia Sorrental and the tire rolled off on freeway , they didn’t care and tried blaming me when I told them the car made noises and whobbled soon as I got it. Horrible place spend that money else where

My car had unexpectedly broke down and I was in need if a vehicle quickly and for a low price. From my initial phone call requesting information until I dropped the car off after my rental, my entire experience was excellent. They answered all questions right away and had me driving away in the rental by 5pm that same day. Eboney was very professional and took care of everything getting me the lowest price possible. There were no hidden fees or small print that popped up. The car was not the fanciest of cars but was a great price and got the job done. My only complaint about the vehicle would be that I could see clearly out the back window at all. It had a tint or something that was on the back window so it was completely blurry and all you could see were lights thru it. It was much better than my broken down vehicle and allowed me to go look for a new one so it got the job done for me. If you are in need of a short or long term rental I highly recommend CLERENTAL. They were absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with.

They have beat up cars with a 100 mile day restriction and Charged my card without me signing the contract.

Renting a car with Cleveland Auto Rental is hassle free, but a huge risk. Renting the first car, there were trash on the floor, no gas, and the E light on. Renting a second car, the car started overheating and smoking while I was driving causing them to have to get the car. The third car was no better. They don’t do any repairs or maintenance on the vehicles they rent out which result in issues while on the road. I would recommend if you really need a car but nah, this isn’t the place you want to trust,

Hassle free, customer-friendly, efficient and quality service experience. Most rental car companies make the customer jump through hoops, without informing you of what is needed prior to pick up day. At CLE Auto Rental that is never the experience, they keep you well informed throughout the process.

Don’t do it. I rented a car from there yesterday and while the actual process of getting the car was easy and convenient, the cars themselves are unsafe to drive. The first car they gave me was a hot dusty mess- see pics. On top of it not being cleaned, the steering locked every time I turned a corner and the car was extremely hard to steer. It also kept shaking even while driving on the street. I took it back and received a second car, and after leaving work, the check engine light has come on. To make matters worse, the gas cap is broken and the trunk button doesn’t work. So after having to have a stranger assist me with getting the trunk open so I could manually release the gas cap, I was finally able to get gas. The tire pressure light is also on. As a matter of fact, both vehicles had the tire pressure light on. At this point, it’s been two days, a different car each day and I just want my money back. I understand that it is cheaper and more convenient then going to a bigger place like enterprise, but this is ridiculous. I only needed it for a week while my car is repaired and this is stressing me out!! Please see the attached pictures! It’s too bad I can’t add the videos. Stay far away from this place. If they rent vehicles like this, I can only imagine what they sell.

The staff was extemely helpful. When I got there I had to no idea what I was looking for, and by the time I left I rented a beautiful car to drive to New York. I am definitely going to keep doing business with this company. I was amazed by the employees. They knew exactly what they were doing unlike the other places I have been. My experience was just beyond outstanding!
