Windy and Nikki were amazing in the beginning. Personable but professional, trying to build a rapport to sell a junk suv. I financed a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium on May 8th 2024 and the check engine light came on May 10th. I called immediately and spoke with Wendy and asked if the computer was reset. She instantly said the owner is aware but didn’t tell me. That was red flag number 1. She blew my phone up talking about a welcome call so she could get credit for the sale but when I reached out to her about the car problem no response. I’ve been getting the run around a saying the owner can possibly “squeeze me in” like they’re doing me a favor. The owner told me all new brakes were put on this vehicle only to deal with constant grinding noises. I’ll keep this review updated with the resolution. It’s been over a month and still no title!

I got a 2012 Ford Taurus from here with zero issues! Wendy (Saleswomen) did everything in her power to get me out of there with a title and fair payments. I truly have zero complaints about my experience there. Ask for Wendy and thank me later!

Windy was amazing!!! She helped me so much on getting my car, I recommend working with her if you decide to purchase a car from here. I got a Nissan Maxima and she did everything in her power to make things affordable for me. I'm highly appreciative! Ask for windy !
