Stayed at this location for 2 nights. Upon check-in, the first notable point is that the rooms not in the tower are forced to use a less-than-desirable elevator. Outdated, clunky, tightly spaced. First walk into the room, everything seemed normal. Multiple lights in the room were out, but that wasn't a huge problem. Upon return after the days activities was when we really ran into trouble. Heat did not work the first night. 39° outside and the hottest the room could get was 64°. Bedding was cozy so that made up for the lacking heat in the room. TV is difficult to navigate and is outdated, with visible green lines across the screen. Shower worked, however the tub drained painfully slowly, leaving me to shower in a tub half-filled with water when I was done. Breakfast is available... For $12.95. Nothing special about the breakfast, just your usual continental breakfast that you find included at most hotels. Did not purchase a ticket, but worth noting that it is available. Biggest letdown was looking forward to the jacuzzi that is supposedly available to guests from 9AM to 9PM, yet at 6PM after a holiday with family, we found it to be locked up with no notes pertaining to why. Overall a lackluster experience. Will be looking for better options in the future.Rooms: Coffee, deluxe TV channels, connecting room options, comfortable bedding.Noteworthy details: Breakfast available, not included. Heat sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, fitness center and pool available if not locked.

Room smelled musty and moldy. Shower didn’t work (water temp went from extreme hot to extreme cold only). Hotel room door did not secure when I left. I discovered this was because a ball of tissues was wedged in the door strike, so latch would close. This creeped me out entirely. There were gnats swarming me at check-in. The breakfast was disgusting and I couldn’t even begin to eat it. They overcharged me for breakfast and couldn’t figure out how to resolve the issue. Place is outdated and it almost felt like they have yet to paint the cigarette stains, or update anything, from the 1980’s. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here.

The hotel was conveniently located from the airport to other areas of Cleveland. We liked having a shuttle pick us up and drop off. That is rare these days elsewhere. Breakfast was good but had to pay. Bar was good, not open too late, though. The elevator is a little scary as it makes many noises opening and closing, smaller elevator. The room was a nice size but noticed minor cleaning issues, phone had no buttons, remote for TV didn't work well and showers had no hot water by mid morning. Room didn't have extra towels or toilet paper but not a big deal.Recommend if staying a few nights or convenience to Cleveland for work or pleasure. Not much around to do or eat unless you have a vehicle.

I picked this hotel due to the location and shuttle services to the Cleveland International Airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I wasn't a fan of the tiny elevator. I could barely get the luggage cart to fit. The phones in my room were not labeled with the appropriate names such as room service or front desk. I pressed the buttons trying to schedule a wake-up call, and it did not work. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. I would probably stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

NO USB ports in rooms for charging phones- unbelievable! NO bottled water. Having a cup of coffee in the room first thing in the morning is important to me. The coffeemaker was useless along with the imitation powdered cream. Either provide a decent coffeemaker with 1/2 &1/2 creamers or just get rid of it! Because the way it is now represents that you don't care at all about whether or not we enjoyed our stay.Showers had no handrail for support or aid in maintaining balance (we were all over 70 and that should not matter). Imagine on a sloped-down tub wet and lubricated with soap, shampoo, and conditioner now making it slicker than snot with the only thing to grab onto is a shower curtain! PLEASE install grab bars in every shower! This is just common business sense in serving your client base to reduce minimal slip and fall accidents! The Banquet dinner was horrific at best! We had over 100 people in the banquet room that took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to finally get our dinner served and EVERY dish was COLD.We found out that it was not even cooked on-site and was catered in from another source with no explanation. The beef was flavorful but it was low-quality gristly fat.We were charged $49 for this banquet dinner what a Major disappointment! However, the breakfast was excellent!

It's a nice place. Can definitely tell it used to be a 4 star hotel.Their key card system needs updated. It took me several attempts to get in the side door closer to my room because I didn't leave the card in long enough, or maybe too long. The pool was great and the spa felt wonderful. I would rate higher if not for they key card thing.Rooms: The rooms were great, I got a double room. The only issue I had was the kid snoring. They were always quick to get towels or anything we asked for.

Paid to use the airport parking for 6 days. Completed everything online. Upon arrival, we parked in the lot, scanned the code like the directions say and checked in. It says that once you do that, you’re all set and do not even have to enter the hotel. After waiting with all our luggage for 15+ minutes, the shuttle arrived, and we were told we had to check in inside at the front desk. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but then the shuttle driver said he could not wait and we would have to wait for the next shuttle. So now we have stood here for almost 40 minutes just waiting to get to the airport. Luckily, we aren’t pressed for time but the lady at the front desk said I had to give them the same exact info I entered online, otherwise we would get a ticket. Why wouldn’t they just include this information upfront during the online check in process? Super frustrating. Won’t use this service again.

Got a deal on this hotel through visa points and was pleasantly surprised! The service was amazing, super friendly staff! The room was large, very clean and quiet. The grounds were very well maintained and the garden courtyard was beautiful.

Back parking lot in rough shape. Checkin was a hassle and my group was given the cold shoulder because of our race. Made me wait 15 minutes to check in because the guy didn’t want to help us. While at the front desk checking in, a woman came down with her son and was complaining about these bites on her child (which I saw). Just not going back!Moved coffee in the morning over to where you need to purchase breakfast. Didn’t waste my time to ask if there was a charge to grab a cup. Just leftRooms: Decent rooms with comfy beds.

Hotel conditions were average. Nothing special about the rooms. Pool area was nice.Restaurant was to open at 5, however at 5:15 it was still not open. Eventually someone did make their way over to wait on us. They stated they needed to open the restaurant and bar and definitely appeared bothered by us being there. We left and went elsewhere to eat.Needed a 4 am shuttle to the airport , as the hotel claims to offer shuttle services. There were 3 families waiting for the shuttle and at 4:15 we were all making Uber arrangements as a driver was no where to be found.Definitely suggest going elsewhere!

Honestly go anywhere else. Lobby toilets don't work, room toilets leak. Shower barely operable. Lots of broken decor. TV was completely to confusing to change channels. Bed was way less comfortable than the hotel across the highway. Staff was not concerned with helping you, even scammed me out of a two bedroom room that I reserved months in advance. Maintenance was a 1 man show that had more important priorities than fix the issues. Also got a nice greeting from someone in the parking lot stealing catalytic converters.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Only positive is that I got a complement about my jacket. lolz.

Booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub and although it was open from renovations, it closed at 8 when the sun was still up. So we never got to use it since we were so busy during the day ?. It’s an old, hot building that has a good location. Our tub did not drain, the elevator seems on its last leg, the parking lot needs updated and we kept finding ants in our room…..

Beds were comfortable and clean, elevators could use an upgrade. Cleanliness in the room was 3.5 (stains on the plastic shower curtain, but tile was clean), but I know staffing these days is hard to keep up with. Decent place to stay for a night, for the price. Pool still closed for

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It seems like a former 4 star hotel that is 3 star now because it's past its prime. Yet some of the amenities remain: free weights in the fitness center, whirlpool in the pool area. Note that breakfast is an add-on cost. I didn't get breakfast so I don't know if it's worth the price.I like the big lobby and that it has a restaurant and full bar. I didn't use them this time but it's good to have. There are many meeting rooms and ballrooms. Maybe it's a good place to have a wedding or a business meeting on a budget - it would be worth looking into. The staff is very friendly. Tameka was especially helpful. I kept losing my keys and she took care of me with a smile every time. The Wyndham Cleveland Airport will be my go-to place to stay whenever I visit Cleveland. The central location is perfect for my business travel needs.

You WILL get your catalytic converter stolen. They seem to be aware this is a super common occurrence. Honestly yes it’s cheap but there are zero cameras and closer options that are more secure. Cannot imagine a *worse* option and won’t ever do this again. Spread the word: don’t do it.
