Exceptional experience at this location. Very professional environment and staff. Caleb Kabat was outstanding as he made the entire car buying process seamless and stress free. Calebs excellent customer service skills and car knowledge made everything transparent, while keeping a very very genuine and friendly attitude. Usually buying a car is a lengthy process but luckily with the great team that knows exactly what there doing we were in and out. Very happy with the purchase of the car. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere other then this location. (Make sure to ask for Caleb when you go buy your new Mazda!)

This is by far the best Mazda dealership in Northeast Ohio. The service department is the best They replaced my wheel bearing and the car runs great.

I took my 18 year old daughter to Classic Mazda to buy her first car. Blanca Dario was just plain wonderful to work with! She was very professional and explained the entire buying process to her. Blanca went above and beyond to help her purchase this vehicle and stayed in contact with us every step of the way.I would highly recommend working with Blanca if you are searching for a car. I thought going to a big dealership like Classic would be intimidating, especially for a first time buyer. I’m so glad we went there. And my daughter couldn’t be happier!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Josh was very knowledgeable, respectful, and went the extra mile to help me return my rental so I could drive my new vehicle home. Javier was also informative and prevented me from making some poor choices regarding insurance and warranties. Overall the entire team was great!
