Great prices on auto parts. Was disappointed after calling and being told the parts were in stock just to get there and they were not so had to drive all the way to their parma location to purchase them. I would just say ask them do they have a visual in the parts before you actually go on because the computer said in stock but they were not. My items were brakes and rotors the particular ones I got cost $40 and have a lifetime warranty that they will replace up to one time which I thought was pretty awesome

Called in to quote parts. Came in to buy said parts. Store closed 45 minutes earlier than their listed hours on their website. Done business for parts for 25 years and was never treated like this. Guy at the door was talking about us like we weren't there and used certain choices words that I cannot repeat here. Lost my business and the business of the people I was with. Will not go again.
