Terribly experience I financed a car from them months ago almost a year now. I sent my car down to there shop at 8901 Denison Ave and just found out a few weeks back that my car actually got stolen OFF THEIR PROPERTY. Then the mechanic had the audacity to tell me it's my fault bc I never came and picked it up, note their was NO COMMUNICATION about having to pick up my vehicle. I them call the dealership itself and the dealership didn't even know the car was there at their shop!!!

bought a car from here broke down the first day I got it they came fixed it broke down again and again end up putting alot of money in it to get it fixed right and is still acting up then the owner got mad when I didn't want to pay when they offered to fix it free and they canceled the tow so I had to tow it myself. will not recommend nor shop with them again. I only went to them because I bought an infiniti years ago and it worked fine no issues it just got totalled by a drunk driver. never again this place needs to be shut down.

I’m thankful for Google reviews too because when I’m in the market for a car, I will absolutely stay away from this place. My friend had an experience here and it’s turned into a nightmare. According to all the reviews, there are some very, very unhappy customers. What a shame.

They judged me about my paycheck stubs. They told me my documents were fake and I told them they could call and verify my employment. He then said would my bank statements match my pay and I told him yes. He still proceeded to tell me my stubs looked fake and would not process my credit application. It’s giving as a black women, he doesn’t believe I made this much money. When Jay Honda (a real dealership accepted them but asked for 7k down) and another dealership accepted them but again down payment was out of my budget. I came here specifically for the $499 down and they have failed a single mother of 4 boys and lost a sell! Smh

Thankful for these reviews. Helping my neice car shop and we'll avoid this place like it's a plague. But how you handle these scumbags are by doing all of the following: 1) Contact the Ohio Attorney General to file a complaint since you were sold a lemon. 2) Head to the Justice Center Clerk of Courts to file a small claim because you were sold a lemon. Small claims is about $300 to file. 3) Show up for the small claims court date with your evidence, keep calm and win your case!

If you purchased a lemon from them reachout to me. We trying to get alot of people so we can sue them. My daughter bought a Nissan from them a year ago. I took it to Nissan for repairs. Come to find out the engine is from a junk yard an amongst that there's so much missing with the car. The lady I spoke with today was totally stupid. So if anyone out there bought a car from here an it broke down right after or had problems get at me. We're currently shopping around for a lawyer and the more people that come forward the better.216-242-eight777 MikeWe can't let shady car lots like this get away with selling lemons to people.

Cheap price of course, horrible cars . Had my car less than a year ! My engine light never came off!! After putting on a lot of work! Found out tht I have a junk yard engine! The amount of money to fix the car is wayyy more than what the car is worth.. ALSO financing was a horrible decision because the car still has to be paid off even though it’s not being used and they garnish wages they don’t tell u tht about gateway solutions.

Bought 2013 Chevy Cruze. The 1st day, low oil pressure stop engine. Towed to their shop to be fixed. Um, 4 days later, received call. It's fixed, come pick up your car. I picked it up. ( Cleveland Ohio)From Denison, I jumped on 90. Oil pressure low, stop engine. Barely made it to 117. Engine seized up. This went on for 4 months. Never this done. So disgusted.

I’ve only had this car for a month and I had to take it back twice. I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze. They just had my car for a week so I had to Lyft back and forth to and from work for a week spent a little over $200 on Lyft..JUST FOR ME TO GET MY CAR BACK AND ITS DOING THE SAME-THING.. It will not accelerate.I’m on the freeway during rush hour in the middle lane and my car stop accelerating and start going slower I had to find a way to get over so I can pull over on the freeway almost caused so many accidents. I literally sent it back to them because of the acceleration and they gave it back to me with the same problem and I’ve only had it for less then 24 hours after they quote on quote fixed it ..NOW I GOTTA PUT UP A FIGHT AND MAKE CALLS SO MY CAR CAN GET FIXED

This Car Dealership is amazing!!!! I have never been treated with such kindness ever. Today I went in around 12:40 and was immediately greeted by friendly faces, I left at 2:30 with a wonderful new(used)car. I just graduated college and had zero luck finding a dealership to work with me with my low credit score. MOE IS AMAZING!!! Ask for MOE. MOE was extremely patient with me and he helped me find my dream car. God bless everyone who works at this dealership because they deserve so much praise for their hospitality ? don't miss the opportunity to get a vehicle from this dealership

I purchased a car from these crooks in Dec 30th of 2021 in February 2022 got stranded in the middle of a snow storm car wouldn’t start from that point forward my 45 day had not even expired yet Don’t waist your time with these bums there cars are trash
