My job uses this bank for our deposits. Every time I go through the drive-through to do the deposit, no one ever speaks to me. No good morning, No have a Good Day.... It's rude! And it's only at this particular branch that we have issues with. This morning whoever took the deposit, didn't say A WORD!! Nothing at all!! That's a major peeve!

I DO NOT recommend that anyone set up an account with this particular branch, as they are less than helpful and tend to be rude at times, mainly the managers. I agree, most of the tellers are pleasant and very easy to deal with but they are unable to assist when it comes to having serious issues with your account and in most cases will need to transfer you to the manager... and most of the managers are VERY RUDE and UNHELPFUL. In my case, I was transferred to Mr. Gaither. From the very beginning I could tell that he would not be helpful as he consistently cut me off, talked over me and refused to make a simple phone call (per PNC's request) that would have help our employee immediately. Even after I told him that we have several accounts with them, have been dealing with them for 20+ years and lastly, that it would be very helpful if he would make the call to resolve the issue (since Citizen's Bank) was the cause of the problem... he actually said to me "It's not about being helpful" it's about the process. Mind you, there is no standard process for the issue I was having. He could have actually made the call... as someone had done this for us in the past with no problem at all. Ever since the old team left, it hasn't been the same. However, we were able to call the 800 number for Citizen's and were able to get the problem resolved in less than 5 minutes. Again, my issue isn't with Citizens Bank. My issue is with the branch located on Lee Rd & Harvard Ave, Cleveland Ohio. I DO NOT recommend their services at all!!

The manager is a rude person! I have a business account there and had issues with a stolen debit card, I asked the bank manager if they could wave the fee to Fedex my card. She told me no however it was the way she was spending to me! She made me feel like Citizens bank didn't want my business! So before I take my business elsewhere I called the regional bank manager and filed a complaint, I'll see how that pans out before I leave. Then I get a letter saying they are closing my account! The bank manager is a straight up coon! See ya

I've had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes you'll wait unnecessarily with no people in line and 3 tellers working. Sometimes the people are quick and friendly.
