The very rude teller gave my mom a hard time about withdrawing HER money! Mind you my moms a senior citizen with health problems and left Citizens bank with her money but completely frustated about how she was treated rudely!

Citizens Bank offers friendly tellers and efficient services. However, the absence of proper air flow inside the building creates an uncomfortable and sweaty atmosphere, especially during peak hours. Improving the ventilation system would significantly enhance the overall banking experience.

New building with old fashioned leadership. I am a business client of the bank and went in to get Notary public services for vehicle transfer and lead banker Michael O'Donnell denied to provide Notary public service since I am the buyer, not the seller. He wanted both parties to be bank client!!@? Now he/the bank lost a business client. He didn't seem to care, May behe is on his way out, who knows.

Closing all my accounts at Citizens.. the manager Benjamin and his employees are a JOKE. They literally refused to help me, he even outright told customer service he was not going to remove the hold I had placed on my account although customer service told him he could as long as I was verified with my ID. I had to go to the branch on W.25th to get my problem solved. Tighten up and put yourself in your clients shoes or you will lose many, many more customers.

Opened an account shortly after they moved into the new building. Recently found out my account has the wrong name on it, money has been randomly rejected for deposit and when I went to the location to deposit a check the line was through the door and when I was next their system magically "went down" right at 3:59. Will be absolutely taking my business elsewhere. Was shocked, definitely don't love up to their reputation.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with problems from day one .they got me for over $600 I could go on and on about this place and the way they deal with customers. A glitch in their computer cost me a double charge for the amount I requested file a complaint and they denied it without reasonable explanation etc etc beware!!!!

Terrible bank I had a checking and savings account they gave me a debit card that doesn't work will not give me online banking access customer service is useless overall rating a - star!!!!!!!

New branch is very small and cramped, with 2 teller lines, a guard, and no drive thru. And they have to fill out a report if you deposit more than $200 cash!

Goodness! Your ATM's are horrible ESPECIALLY on the weekend they are either under repair or won't allow withdrawing money. What good are you if you hold our money hostage. Can't wait to switch banks. Your new location on Pearl Rd is the worst location you could have ever chosen....IF it ever opens.
