This store is ridiculous. I have a state issued I.D the one with the star so you can travel. The one that you can’t get replaced for 8 years unless you lose it. And they won’t accept it bc Its vertical??? Im 21 I’ve been 21 for 7 months now. It’s ridiculous and this store will fail big time. If I could give 0 stars I would bc everyone who works there is nasty and stinks and the store is always dirty and just down right bad vibes.

If I could this no stars I would. EVERY time I stop in this one for gas when I'm this side of town no matter who it is they always give me a hard time from me standing in the no self check out line to ringing me out and me putting in my inner circle rewards to me using my gas discount cars. The people before me they are so nice and pleasant with. The people that come after me they are also so pleasant with. I don't get it I'm very nice and polite I don't ask for much but to loady card and get gas and there is always a big problem. I hate this one Circle K. The fact that I have to brace myself for what I'm gonna receive before going in to just get gas amd use my rewards is ridiculous. I have a feeling why this happens at this one particular circle k as I see who goes in and out.

I tried all Crews here all of them are lazy don't want to do their job no hot food if they're missing something on the shelves you time to check in the back they don't care they don't bother even that's the problem with corporations nobody cares about the customer or what he wants

Lately there’s been a sign up saying they’re closed for 15 minutes and to come back. This happened like 5x in the past month and that’s a lot considering we’re just showing up randomly and not often.

6:30am closed for 15 min break while they are smoking in there cars, last time I went in I had to wait because she was outside smoking, she seen me go in I had to wait while the cleaning guy had to come in and tell her she had an attitude about it also, they think because they now have a self check out they don’t have to be in the store every time I used that I tried to charge me for something I didn’t buy like gum and chap stick then of course it’s my fault, after today I’m never going back

Come in on Christmas... appreciated someone being there. Had brought my 20 year old neighbor with me to grab a myriad of things for a party we were attending and the female clerk refused to let me buy tobacco products because he was with me. Very odd and have never ran into such a situation before or since.

They're trying to force you to use the self checkout machine I prefer to have human interaction and not wait forever while people try to figure out how the thing works guess I'm going to have to go to the circleK down the road and not be forced to use something I don't want to use !!!!!! As im sure more customers feel the same way but don't want to take the time out to leave a review

Due to the staff inattentiveness— They’ll accuse you of stealing even when you use the self check out, which sounds an alarm that the transaction is successfully complete. They’ll waste more of your valuable time looking up your purchase to ensure you paid, and not apologize for their inability to due their job.

Went to this store a little after 8pm 3/12/23There was a sign on the door that said they were closed for a “10 minute break” was way longer by the way lady there was in the car with someone who doesn’t even work there or at least wasn’t in uniform left after her break. I counted in the time I was sitting there 9 customers come up to the door that’s locked and leave don’t think that’s how a gas station runs this place needs help and they now make you do this self-checkout only makes things 10x more difficult.

This is the Gas Station I usually use and must say Pat Hudson on 3 Rd shift is such a kind, patient caring Employee I have met! Excellent Employee & very dedicated!
