Called Chase this afternoon to ask if they had a notary available, they said they did. I then showed up and waited 30 mins until 10 mins before close at which point they told me I had to leave without getting my document notarized because the person was busy. They wasted my time AND made it so I did not have enough time to visit another Chase location before close to get the urgent notary I needed.

Great and very fast service! I would highly recommend international students to open an account at Chase it's really soo convenient and the process is also soo easy and time saving. The staff at the bank are soo helpful specially the Branch Manager himself helps to resolve queries. Also Tia is really a great customer executive.

BEWARE of Faulty System at Chase and their Bankers' knowledge! I (had) 4 accounts with chase including a business account with substantial amount in them for past 3 years. We went to this branch since I wanted to open another account for my in-laws. I am a US Citizen, but my in-laws are green-card holders and often visit us in the USA. We provided the actual green card, social security card and their passports to the banker. I added myself as the authorized individual to their account for emergencies. After few days, we receive a letter stating my in-laws need to show their proof of address in 3 days otherwise their account is going to be closed. Apparently immigration letters and social security letters serve less value vs driver license or utility bill!!! I was going to be out of town and I told them to close it, we will re-open another account later. But in day 2, I learned that all my other personal accounts are also frozen and scheduled to be closed as well. Although I did not do anything wrong nor illegal. My only crime was that my in-laws happen to have an Iranian passport and they are green card holder and as the 3rd member my social security card was associated with their account too! I had deposits coming in and I have already made bill payments which will not be cleared due to this bank's action! Chase did nothing to resolve the issue. The branch bankers says that at the time he opened the account, he was not prompted any kind of alert by their system, for additional document. So, their system, their errors, but the consumer has to go through the hassle and overdraft fees and late fees! They are doing NOTHING To resolve the issue on their end and keep saying that we will make you a check in next 10 days! THANKS CHASE!!!! This is clear discrimination and lack of management.
