My wife’s rings had not been cleaned in quite some time (really wish I took a before & after). In any event - Mary Meghan & Joe were kind enough to do an intensive that literally made the diamonds sparkle again!
Great (no pressure) atmosphere. Absolutely consider this shop for any of your wedding, engagement or special occasion jewelry!

Joe made choosing the perfect engagement ring a great experience. We had to resize the ring and they did it in house in 15 minutes. Went back for wedding bands and will always continue to do business with them. Thanks for everything!

I had such a great experience at Rivchun & Sons Jewelers. My fiancé and I were looking for our wedding rings, each wanting to pick out what we wanted. The associate we worked with was patient and very helpful, he was interested in understanding what we were looking for as far as design and presented us all options. I ended up finding the perfect ring among their estate rings, and had it resized to fit me perfectly. Fiancé picked out the design he liked among what they offered and he is also super happy with his ring. The prices were reasonable and in line with other shops we had visited.
Note: For some reason, when I tried to use the Waze app to get to their shop it took me to a location on E 9th St, not their location. They are located at the corner of E 14th St and Euclid Ave in the US Bank Building. You can park in the US Bank Parking lot on the 4th floor in any open spot and they will validate your parking ticket (so free parking).

This is a truly great family-owned jewelry store. The owner Joe Soukenik know the jewelry business well, with jewelers on site and strong relationships with diamond buyers. So far I have purchased diamond earrings there and I recently dropped off my original and a new wedding ring which I completely trust Joe and Rivshun to craft into a new unique ring for me. Located in the heart of Cleveland I strongly recommend Rivchun!

I had a rope thread gold necklace that had been broken, after finding Rivchun jewelers and dropping my necklace off to get fixed I thought I'd be in good hands. Upon my arrival, it was suggested that I get 10 other points of the chain fixed, I entrusted the team to get this done and was assured it would be.After a timely repair, I picked up my necklace and proceeded to wear it to work (desk job) 2 days in a row to which I noticed that at each point where it had been sodded by the Rivchun team, there had been threads that either stuck out and were poking me or had begun to break apart.When I returned to talk to the team about this, I was told that there was nothing they could do in terms of fixing the chain, refund, or any type of support. I unfortunately can't recommend this shop.
