I wanted a local florist that was close to a relative's home. I live in a different state and simply explained what I wanted. Charles did an amazing job, delivered the arrangement and sent me a picture of the arrangement which I've included in this review. Payment was a simple transaction through Venmo. There is no comparison between his arrangement and what I've ordered through the online sites in the past. He did not charge me for delivery since it was local. The arrangement itself cost more than you'd pay at an online site, but those sites add fees and delivery so it really didn't cost that much more. I would NEVER get that quality, variety, fresh and artistic arrangement from an online site. I wish I could give him more than a 5 star rating!

Charles Phillips is a Cleveland treasure! Old school and super talented! I used him recently because he was recommended by my caterer Bob Sferra and I remembered all the spectacular arrangements he has donated to charity events I’ve attended over the years. He was no muss, no fuss. I sent him some pictures and he made some recommendations. The flowers turned out beautifully. The best part was no drama, no problems; he came through without a hitch. Thanks Charles!

Charles Philips is an artisan gifted in floral design with the unexpected and unusual. I've worked with him for many years and have never been disappointed. He exceeds my expectations with his glorious creations. I would only recommend him if you expect pure talent.

Complete jerk on the phone. Seemingly pretentious and unwilling to arrange a bouquet for less than 100.
