“Unbelievably fantastic and fast service! I called early morning after learning my son's car, which he was driving across the country to return to school, was broken into. The next leg of his trip was through zero degree temperatures, so it was imperative the window get replaced (rather than taped) if at all possible. Jerry and Flip(?) somehow managed to hunt down, secure, and then install the new window literally within a couple of hours. And for less $$ than some other companies quoted who couldn't even do the job for a week. My son and his friend are back on the road thanks to these responsive and kind guys. “I had two panes that needed replacing because of broken seals. Glass Doctor was very quick to send a rep (very polite, efficient and personable) for measurements and estimate. After paying my 50% deposit, I was told 4-6 weeks for the glass to come in. After 10 weeks, I contacted them to as when it would be done. Was told there was a delay with the glass manufacturer and they would contact me when it was in. Week after week, I "tried" contacting them and they wouldn't answer my e mails, and kept getting cut off when calling. After four months (!) I finally got an e mail giving me a date for the install. Mari G. arrived exactly when she said she would, efficiently and quickly replaced the panes and cleaned up after. While their technicians are very nice and do good work, their customer "service" (as in non-existent) really sucks.”

“Outstanding service. We were visiting from Virginia. While parked on a downtown street overnight, some lowlife smashed our passenger window and went through the car. I called Autoshyba and they ordered the glass and replaced that afternoon. Outstanding job and fair price. Clean and professional service. Highly recommend.”
