This is the worst camp bow I have ever been to. I tried them twice since the Bedford one was out, and almost shame on them for recommending this one. I sent my dog there one time and mishap happened, so bad I got my money back after reviewing videos with the manager. The manager apologized and asked for another chance. So I sent my dog there again after my last trip. Even worse WORSE mishaps. I am shocked , horrified and disgusted this place is still in business. If you love your dog NEVER trust this place to follow their disposition, food schedule, or anything else. My first experience was having my dog placed in the wrong area, I called them (multiple times) and they said they needed a manager. Well the manager approved, sent my dog their for a previous planned vacation and the same thing happened, after I dropped him off , explained it to three people , including saying their manager already signed off, they all said they got it. Next thing you know my dog is being attacked. No word from the manager, or any of the workers. Eventually said it was a “misunderstanding”. Not sure why they would keep dogs that attack or hump other dogs continuous when it’s happened so by times.

I love Camp Bow Wow Highland Heights, the staff is very friendly and I don't have to worry about my fur baby. They sometimes call me asking when is Titan coming back. I board him without worry because I can view him on their web cam.

This place is a godsend. It's especially helpful because I work 10 hr days and hate leaving my dog home alone. She absolutely LOVES daycare and always comes home super tired. It's also reasonably priced, I love that I can watch her on the cameras, and the staff are amazing.
