Walked in there today and was not greeted by anyone. We had our kitchen countertop done by them about five years ago. Today, they were completely unhelpful regarding our bathroom project. They don't do measurements and they don't install cabinets that they sell. Super unhelpful, didn't provide referrals to partners that do the work for them. Go somewhere else that provides full service.

My sales person was Angela the company she refer to do the installation I don't know if it benefited her but everything had to be repaired the hardware did not last before they finished the
job someone else had to come out and make repairs and the cabinet hardware
should not be falling apart I called the company to see if I could have someone come out to tighten up the hardware before the cabinets fall apart they told me $200 to tighten the hinges that is outrageous really

I got my granite with them and quality is good but the service and sales person communication is really bad. When we were there 3 times and finalized everything the invoice was raised all good but when they came to install they said they will not remove the old stone as they were not responsible and they left with out informing me. I wasted my day with disappointment. They the sales person said they will come again and will remove the old stone and she did not tell anything about the payment to remove the old stone and plumbing and they charged my credit card for removal of stones. I am so so disappointed with the sales person as they were so irresponsible to inform the customer about these things. I will never recommend anyone to this store.???My name is Bharathi Viswanathan. I purchased granite countertops. From writing up estimate to installation everything went smoothly. Ed did great and a big shout out to Logan and Dwayne for an excellent job done!! Would definitely recommend for the value, half of what Home Depot or Lowes would have cost . I’m very pleased!Service: Installation

Do not recommend this place at all . STAY AWAYIt is the equivalent of having your countertop installed by the big box stores but your paying much more.Premium prices because of their nice show room but craftsmanship and quality is bad. After browsing the slabs a lot of them are factory defects. Alot of pieces are not even flat.I Showed up to get a price on a small slab (material only) , after speaking to a sales person , ED, the price of a used slab piece 16 sq ft, ( from previous project) changed 6 times within a 20 minute period.From 1800, to 1450, to 300, then 500, back to 1450 and finally to $900. Just for 16 sq ft of a used slab. Material only. And this was a basic white slab with no veining cheapest /basic as they come.The pricing just kept changing right on the spot with a pencil and a piece of paper.Unprofessional. Would not return.The sales person kept saying he has to follow a math formula. Obviously can’t do math, if a manager or owner is reading this review, I suggest you hire sales people with more common sense.

These cabinets are nice and look same as when we installed 2 years ago. Good quality,delivered with care. Since the initial installation, the team at CGD have been available for questions - and even a fantastic repair job after I accidentally dropped some components on the edge of the cabinets.

The team did a fantastic job of helping us manifest master bathroom of our imagination! They were very through in asking what we wanted and set us the correct expectations. Very well made and packaged to arrive safely. CGD is the best! My wife and I just remodeled our home, and the team took great care of us. Honest pricing, great quality, and fantastic customer service. We initially had our kitchen countertops replaced, but we’re so pleased with the results that we ended up having them replace our laundry room countertops as well.

We just completed installation of these cabinets last week. The finish is perfect and the quality of the cabinets are excellent in every way. Drawers and doors fit and operate perfectly. The products were delivered in perfect condition. We couldn't be happier.
