A great place to shop. Please change your store hours to reflect what's in stores. We arrived at 8am but it was closed until 9am. Online says opens at 8am.

Prepare 40 mins to an hour to check out!!!Have to wait for too long to checkout. Long line but staff doesn’t care. Not efficient at all. Only one person do the checkout, sometimes 2. She was on the phone, or even threw the trash while so many people waiting, I guess she could do it later?? The other lady just hang the clothes, so basically there were 3 people there, but only 1 person did the check out.

The staff is always really nice but they need to fix the fitting room availability. It's a clothing store. Every single other clothing store has fittings rooms. Cashier said they're only open Fri and Sat, so I go today Friday and they're yet again closed. I know it's for theft reasons why we can't use the bathroom to try them on but when you give customers zero options it isn't fair to treat every customer as a thief and make them come back and return stuff cause you guys can't manage to keep a fitting room operating. It's extremely frustrating and you're the only store I come across that can't ever get it together with the fitting rooms

Me & my child were shopping when we wanted to try on some crocs, I didn’t even notice this damn thumbtack while my son was trying it on & he STEPPED On the needle! Shame on this business

They supposedly close at 9 not 11 , but they close the doors 20 mins before they close . That is ridiculous. You can Atleast give people last 20 mins to shop it is not that serious . This was on 07/25/2023 at 8:40pm I tried to come In , thinking they close at 11. But even if they closed at 9! I thought I had enough time ((8:40pm))to go in to get what I needed SMH. And also atleast Change your Google hours .

I tried to return 2 shirts (new with tags) and requested store credit. The lady couldn't find the receipt in the system and refused to give me store credit. I asked her to speak with a manager and she said she is the supervisor. She refused to give me her name. I went to the Burlington on 14901 Lorain Ave, Cleveland and all I had to do was show my ID to received store credit. VERY BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE. The store on Lorain Ave has a new client now. ?

I have been there a few times but they have the biggest mess in clothes I ever see you can't find anything, especially on kids and toddlers the worse,management needs to step up or they closing soon, just my opinion ?

I bought four pairs of pants and two shirts. I did the best I could to find clothes that were oversized. When I get home and try everything on I had to take everything back but one pair of pants. This is what happens when people are still working on the covid epidemic and closed off the fitting room; otherwise it's because they have a theft problem and they are tired of people stealing from the store. Yes America things have gotten so bad that people are stealing on a regular basis.
