Checkout is ALWAYS slow no matter what time you are there. Mens section in XL sizes is always disorganized.

Found my curtain rods but 30min before closing they’re on the intercom telling customers that we HAVE TO be in line NOW in order to check out. Then 20min before closing, they told security to clear the floors which seems odd and confrontational seeing that the store is NOT closed. I mean the person on the intercom was announcing this every two minutes in a very rude manner and it was very off putting. For reference this was a spanish speaking woman.

I felt watched the second I entered the store one specific employee whispering into an earpiece and hawking my movements. It was blatant profiling. I paid and hurried out, only for a police cruiser to pull up right in front of my car the moment I reached it. The whole ordeal left me feeling very uncomfortable I called the manager and let her know right away. FIX THIS!!!!! Politely of course and she was very understanding. Better to avoid this place overall

Edit : went back today and the same lady who refused to help me(Mellisa ) helped me completely didn’t need manager approval nothing she knew the entire process for the voucher. I wish she was as nice yesterday as she was today my review would’ve been pleasant ! I did use 4 hours instead of 2 with driving back and forth and phone calls to my veterans advocate . But in the end what lets me down is she could’ve helped me easily yesterday I guess she just didn’t want to?
The floor manager Mellisa refused to help me with a voucher from the VA FOR DISABLES VETERANS ! She made me feel subhuman for sure and when I asked for a manager she completed disregarded me . So I left with nothing and called up to ask to speak to the manager and Mellisa hung up on me and when I called back she hung up the phone again. So I went back to store and asked another employee what the persons name was and was told Mellisa and the manager was gone for the evening. I am gonna reach out to the Va on Monday and ask to take the voucher somewhere else and report this to them also .

Clean. Only 1 checkout open but small line and the cashier was quick and friendly.

It was a long line. The end cashier wasn't taking the security alarms off the clothing and the door alarm kept going off. The store only had 2 cashiers working and we waited for a very long time.

Ask to use the fitting room and told me it was close ....it wasn't even closing time but she was kind of rude about it so I left
