They seem very busy. Might have to wait a few extra minutes,but they do what they say they will. Prices are reasonable for services. Not the most friendly and interactive,but not mean or anything either. Also,not the nicest place in the world,but good enough to get the job done and save you a couple dollars. No complaints.

Called out of concern for my cat and his health and got belittled for not having him vaccinated since he was a kitten. He's an indoor cat who I've had for 11 years. I've had many cats and never had one ever get out of the house in my 40+ years as a cat owner. I told her I was more concerned with the resolution not what I may have done wrong, I already feel bad enough. She was short and told me I'll have to talk to the Dr. I hung up. This isn't what someone needs when they may have an emergency. They need compassion and understanding. I realize based on the circumstances in hindsight, I should have taken him in for regular checkups. But I can barely afford my own medical bills let alone the outrageous amounts vets cost. I wasnt purposefully neglecting my animal.

I came here as an emergency my dog was bleeding out everywhere they ignored me as I begged for help. No passion for a hurt animal wouldn’t even look at me while I sat there covered with blood. He said appointment only and wouldn’t even look at my dog I would have paid anything to have him help me I have the means. Why call yourself a hospital if you aren’t. Very rude and dismissive zero stars thankfully I went to a real doctor and he was tooken care of.

The doctor and staff were very nice. I had my male kittens there to be neutered on Feb. 27, 2024. It seems he did a beautiful job. I was nervous at first cause I adore my kitties. They recovered quickly and seem very happy and playful.

Took my cat there to be declawed they did a excellent job
