That subway is the worst.

The customer service is horrible. The guy was half asleep and acted like he didn't wanna help and then a lady came from the back chewing food while talking and was clueless as well. Please hire better staff or tell them get some rest before coming to work. Needless to say I was unable to get my bp rewards for the gas purchase.

Give you self a favor and don't stop here, go to shell or speedway if you want some good service. This gas station is going down the hill very quick, the employee's are even worse.
I can't wait to see shell take over.
I got 60$ in gas and I couldn't use the restrooms the always out of order . The owner should represent the area with respect like bp did before you.

The worst BP in Cleveland. The phone number listed is disconnected and the employees are clueless about everything. Best off going somewhere else.

Pay at pump impossible to decipher. How hard is it to sell gas?

The pump read the wrong price and the friendly attendant took care of me and made sure I got the good deal on gas I was expecting :)

Stopped in for a red bull on my lunch break, cashier said "that's all today?" I said "I'll probably be back later" and cashier responded "no, don't come back, we don't want any more customers," with a deadpan expression. I know she thought she was joking but it was so rude I was floored. When I come in the early morning the employees are always playing loud and vulgar music in the store and every time the employees are always using vulgar and offensive language while chatting and not working or even greeting customers as they make their purchases. Rude, lazy, and gross people.

The employee was super friendly but the cooler smelled like something died in there.

They don’t work and stand outside and smoke cigs and loiter. Reported them to corporate

The staff was very friendly! But the drink coolers had such a terrible smell that I nearly gagged... ever smell something so bad that it hurt your soul? I hope they are able to clean whatever it was in there.

The carwash station at this BP might be particularly helpful for some.*REMEMBER TO REMOVE / RETRACT YOUR RADIO ANTENNA AND FOLD IN YOUR SIDE MIRRORS 1ST*I have been using touch free carwash stations for the past year and the buildup of old dirt/grime had created a yellowish tinge over the finish. I have been meaning to use a self wash station for some time to see if I could remove the stubborn dirt.Filling up my gas tank here I noticed that they have the older style cloth brush type carwash station on site. I'm not too concerned with wrecking the finish on my 2001 Ford Ranger so I decided to give it a go.I removed my radio's antenna with the Leatherman multi tool and folded in my side mirrors. I then drove up to the kiosk and used my credit card.To choose the type of wash using your credit card press the yellow button labeled "complete" repeatedly until you see the desired wash type cost appear on the card reader. Once you see the desired price go ahead and swipe your card, wait for the approval message, then confirm the wash type using the side buttons on the larger screen to the right. You can also insert cash instead and confirm the wash type on this larger screen. The choices range from $7.00 to $9.00 and there's a sign above the kiosk describing each wash type.I chose the $8.00 wash, which includes an undercarriage wash; however, this was a waste of $1.00 seeing how the undercarriage wash spray was extremely weak. The regular wash cycle is reminiscent of what I grew up with as a kid in the 80s & 90s, and the dry cycle was average at best. The best part though is that the cloth brushes removed most of all that stubborn dirt I was about to spend time and money doing myself at a selfservice wash station. The only part that I may have to wash myself later on is the tailgate. So if you have an older vehicle and you're not too concerned about its finish, and you have a buildup of dirt and grime, I highly recommend this wash station.

The line is always short. Very convenient location since right off the freeway. The staff is very friendly.

Dirty, looks like it's out of business because all the shelves are empty. Usually there's one person working and about 25 of their buddies hanging around. zero customer service. only 2 pumps were working. how is this place still in business?
