Prices on items are incorrectly labeled. It was only over a matter of 60¢, but stuff like this has happened to me at this location multiple times before. It's a dirty, dishonest, willfully ignorant business that squeezes the change out of the working poor.
I won't plan on going here again.

This is my last visit to my neighborhood BP. This place is disgusting. Not only have I not gotten the receipt at the pump in weeks but the place could not get any dirtier, all the window washing stations are full of trash. And four panhandlers standing outside of the store hollering across the parking lot to me multiple times. I will make sure to get gas at Shell down the street or by my place of work from now on. There are too many options to put up with this

What a dump! This place must be under new management because its appearance inside and out has declined. There was pop spilled on both counters of the pop/coffee area and instead of cleaning it up they laid paper towels over the spill

Since new management took over I rarely stop in. He refuses to order the pu.pkin muffins even tho he has more than just myself requesting them because he doesn't like them was the answer I got. I stopped in today hoping he changed his mind because they're even being advertised with coffee for $2! This was always my favorite time of year and I used to come in daily for about 6 years. Since this new management, they can't keep good workers. The coffee is rarely made, it's dirty, and I went in for the 1st time in months today and my coffee was cold! To top it off, the associate behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask! Not very smart during a serious pandemic! I will not return. I definitely no longer feel safe. I will.drive all the way to Brookpark Rd. Hopefully they'll have my muffins and wear masks! I did post a pic in the photos so you can see for yourself!

The strung out looking chick working 7/28/19 at 1130pm has made it so I will never stop here again. Put the wrong cigs in my bag, watched me walk outside and open the bag and turn around to tell her she got me the wrong kind and says "well idk I dont smoke". Really? So you admit you gave me the wrong thing and wouldn't replace it. Horrible experience

I'm done going to this gas station! Everytime I go there a "homeless person" walks up ands asks for money! There so many fake homeless out here so you fondo know whisw real or not and If you say no to the wrong person they might rob you.
