Well not all boost stores are the same and more often then.not it seems like boost hires the worst employees..... This boost had some little guy behind the counter and from the first question he was trying to over charge for everything he even tried telling me that to get my new phone working he would have to do a bunch of things and I'd have to buy a new sim card..... So at this point I called him a liar and walked out it took me only a few minutes to switch the sim and I didn't have to pay a thing and then I went to a different store and I got a nice case not the basic one and a screen protector for 15$ less than that little man tried to charge me .....so yeah stay away from this place unless you don't mind getting robbed

Very rude. The man that opened the store pulls up around 10:45. The guy I was with proceeds to follow him to the door. I say to the guy I was with " he's not open yet". The man comes to my car window and says " what did you say I am open I just went to get me some breakfast". " people always running their fucking mouths". I just stared at him because number one I was shocked and confused because I didn't understand what I said wrong. Online it says the store doesn't open until 11am. Also by him having the food in his hand I thought maybe he wanted to take that 15 min to eat before he opened. I ended up going to another location to buy a phone. That phone ended up being defective. My guy friend goes back to this location on broadway and the rude individual charges him $20 after he purchased a phone to transfer his pictures over he stated "since you went somewhere else and spent money for me to do this I'm making you pay".

Tanaya was super nice and very professional. She took care of my needs and other customers in between. I never felt like she was inattentive and she made sure everyone's needs were met. She did such a great job being the only worker on duty!

WARNING.. DO NOT SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY!! My husband and I were with T-Mobile and we saw that Boost Mobile was offering a $10.00 rate, per phone, per month for unlimited talk and text. We have 2 phones, so going with Boost Mobile would reduce our monthly payment from $62.00 to $20.00 a month.We followed the instructions: 1) Ordered 2 new sim cards cost was $21.00.2) Called Boost Mobile to make the switch from T-Mobile to Boost to get the $10.00 per phone, per month rate.. Boost said sure we can do that. Once the process was in progress, (and believe me this was not a simple process, we were transferred from person to person with long waits holding on the phone only to be disconnected and had to call back.) then the phone numbers were ported over to Boost Mobile, ending our service with T-Mobile. Boost then transferred us over to billing to set up the payments. It was then that Boost Mobile told us they did not offer this $10.00 per phone, per month plan!! The cost was going to be $35.00 per phone for a total of $70.00 per month. This is more than we were paying with T-Mobile!!!! Plus we paid $21.00 for the sim cards!!!! I would call this a BAIT AND SWITCH!! 4
