This dude is a crook.I came in here with 2 of my phone that I purchased from Boost Mobile and needed him.And I had a SIM card and all I needed him to do was set up the phone.Charge me 50 some dollars and then I go to see that on my account.He canceled it, he canceled.It took him like 30 seconds.To do it then he canceled it and I had everything I needed to do it.I can probably done it myself.And then he kept the money in his pocket for himself 2.13.25

So I was helped by Chevy and he was such a tremendous help! He helped me pick out a phone and worked with my finances. He really did an amazing job setting me up and has awesome customer service skills. 10/10 definitely will come back again.

This is the worst place to ever get a phone. The service is terrible and the people are very unprofessional. I paid $200 for a phone and I kept dropping calls. I didn't even have it for 24 hours and I tried to take it back they tell me they can only give me $75 back. Smh this place is horrible. Please don't go here unless you want to be treated poorly

Arrived at store June 23 around 11:30. Greeted by very rude sales clerk. After telling me he had no computer access and all lines were down.he proceeded to yell at me for tracking up his newly mopped floor..after calling him a few choice words I took my business elsewhere...Will be along time before I step in that store again...This was just 3 weeks after buying 2 new phones costing over 800.00 smh
