Upon taking my money the clerk tried to enter it into the register and messed up. Whatever he did he screwed up my voice mail and now I still can't retrieve messages. Also he stated he didn't have any change to give me when I gave him $55 for a $54 phone bill. This is not the first time it has happened but will be the last.

My mom went to pay two bill's, it was closed, she seen a sign on the door stating that they'll be back in 15 minute's, so she went somewhere else for a little while and came back, nothing, a couple of other people were there pissed at the fact that they were closed for a extreme amount of time, ridiculous, well be going to the one in terminal tower downtown

The man that helped me transfer from another carrier was a god! He was helping 3 other people at one point, and rocked!Very nice, and very helpful.I am a new member, and was a little frustrated over this last weekend, when I couldn't get online service periodically over the day.

Very rude. The man that opened the store pulls up around 10:45. The guy I was with proceeds to follow him to the door. I say to the guy I was with " he's not open yet". The man comes to my car window and says " what did you say I am open I just went to get me some breakfast". " people always running their fucking mouths". I just stared at him because number one I was shocked and confused because I didn't understand what I said wrong. Online it says the store doesn't open until 11am. Also by him having the food in his hand I thought maybe he wanted to take that 15 min to eat before he opened. I ended up going to another location to buy a phone. That phone ended up being defective. My guy friend goes back to this location on broadway and the rude individual charges him $20 after he purchased a phone to transfer his pictures over he stated "since you went somewhere else and spent money for me to do this I'm making you pay".

WARNING.. DO NOT SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY!! My husband and I were with T-Mobile and we saw that Boost Mobile was offering a $10.00 rate, per phone, per month for unlimited talk and text. We have 2 phones, so going with Boost Mobile would reduce our monthly payment from $62.00 to $20.00 a month. We followed the instructions: 1) Ordered 2 new sim cards cost was $21.00. 2) Called Boost Mobile to make the switch from T-Mobile to Boost to get the $10.00 per phone, per month rate.. Boost said sure we can do that. Once the process was in progress, (and believe me this was not a simple process, we were transferred from person to person with long waits holding on the phone only to be disconnected and had to call back.) then the phone numbers were ported over to Boost Mobile, ending our service with T-Mobile. Boost then transferred us over to billing to set up the payments. It was then that Boost Mobile told us they did not offer this $10.00 per phone, per month plan!! The cost was going to be $35.00 per phone for a total of $70.00 per month. This is more than we were paying with T-Mobile!!!! Plus we paid $21.00 for the sim cards!!!! I would call this a BAIT AND SWITCH!! 4

Very Unprofessional The So Called Lady Was Very Rude To Me On The Phone And Hung Up On Me After Cursing At Me. I Called Back And Asked To Speak To A Manager And She Said Ain't No Manager. I Will Be Calling The Better Business Bureau And Will Be Finding Out Who Is The Corporate Manager

This boost store was great! We came in 30 mins before they closed & still were able to get a good deal on a new phone & more importantly the service we got from the store attendant was first rate. We weren't rushed at all & she answered all of our questions. I just wish I could've known her name. Plus this was on a Sunday to boot. I will go out of my way to come back here for my next phone.
