Nothing was good about my experience here the product I wanted wasn't in stock the worker didn't want to be bothered we were sent to another store (not even a Boost Mobile) and they lost A $200 sale kid didn't even call to see if product was in another one of they're stores

Fulton store, is the worse, they open when they want, an they won't answer the phone ? & $35.00 plans, are terrible ? they also don't tell you your data runs out, an you can't even get on the internet, even with WiFi....smh, customer service sucks!

I was very displeased with their customer service. I went into the store to buy a phone, the phone dropped calls every 2-20 minutes. So I took the phone back. Moe the sales clerk was so rude. He did not want to let me return the phone after only two days. So he called his boss who told him to return the phone. He tried to charge me twice for a 20 dollar sims card. I paid 233 and was only refunded 106 because they made me pay a restocking fee on a bad phone and there is no returns on cases etc witch is about $20. Moe doesn't know how to count so make sure you count up your money before you walk away.
