Bob has taken care of my family's cars for well over 30 years! He is very honest and will work with you if financial issues are an issue for you. He always gets your ok before working on the vehicle and let's you know if he can do something or not, if not, knows many reputable people to go to! Very good for women often mistreated by mechanics shops, he will explain stuff to you, his staff are very knowledgeable. Lori (and when Robin was there) are very good in customer service and operations management

After waiting 2 months to get in I realize Bob wasnt diagnostic specialist at all. He was replacing distributor cap the electrical parts which had nothing to do with the way it was runnin, he mentioned a couple times I could replace those parts myself but I know that wouldn't fix problem at all so I.decided to have it towed back home before we get too deep into the money and then I found from the guy who bought it from me as is that it was the computer

I can't say enough about Bob, Lori, Robin and the whole crew, I don't trust anyone else with my truck. Bob looked over my latest truck and another vehicle before we bought it, I would send my mom there and have confidence she would be taken care of. We're customers for life.

I’m dropping the car off today for routine maintenance. I cannot say enough about Bob, Laurie, Robin and the crew at Bob’s. We have been taking our cars to Bob’s for decades. They do quality work and they are as honest as the day is long.

Bob + Laurie are diamonds in the ruff! They have worked on all of my cars for several years. It is so hard to find a truly honest, hard-working mechanic who has your best interest in mind when it comes to your car. However, you can find it here! The whole crew (Molly, too) is amazing!
