These guys are incredibly nice and accommodating. I called to ask about selling some records and Noah answered. He was friendly, courteous and patient as I mentioned what I had to sell. Also, honest.
The day I arrived I could not remember exactly where the store was, so I called again. Noah was very kind again and narrowed it down.
Upon entry Noah was very friendly and helpful. He smiled and we laughed at some of the goofiness I entered the store with. I think I had two LP boxes, and Noah came to aid.
Pete the owner came out at some point and amidst all the small talk, you could tell these folks are what small independent places need.
They went through my stuff and we’d have some small chats todo about nothing really. I can babble when I sense friendliness. Save in point if you’re reading the review.
You could see the regulars that come by, other folks… and just a genuine cool place with a cool owner and co-worker. They could teach a graduate school class on customer service. We need that lately it seems!
On a scale of 1-5 they should get a 10 for just being human and humane. As I was leaving Pete and I had a very cool, relatively personal conversation which was very endearing.
So if you’re on the east side of CLE or early for a show at the Beachland on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday… check em out!

This store has 2 bajillion cool records, & the prices are absolutely reasonable. I hit this place up every single time I go through Cleave Land, if/when their operating hours allow. Check it out, man.This place has one of the most amazing floors I've ever seen in °°any°° store, ever. (Completely tiled/epoxied in album covers. It's awe-inspiring.)But most importantly, this store has CINCO. GATOS. ????? Hog Heaven for a Depeche.

Been visiting here for a long time and always had great experiences. Recently bought a pretty expensive record only to get home and find it was unplayable with a giant warp which was unfortunately hard to notice when checking the condition. Great selection but be very wary as it seems they don't test or check their higher value records.

Weekend trip for a game and checked out this spot. Great varied selection organized extremely well, very chill staff, record player to sample used records before you buy, floor laminated and decorated with a plethora of albums, friendly cats!! Bought a few records and ended up picking up store logo shirts for my wife and I and they threw in a tote bag! Well worth the visit and if I'm ever in town again this will be my first stop to dig! 10/10

One of the best record shops in Ohio! The selection is awesome and very fairly priced.My son and I always make it a point to shop here when we are in Cleveland.Oh, the cats are adorable too. ?
