I’m surprised reading the other reviews about customer service because I always have a wonderful experience! Anne and Niki are so kind and helpful, even when I’m focused on buying discounted items during a sale. I’ve walked in wearing a baseball cap and garden clothes and have always been treated very well. The products speak for themselves but I want to compliment the outstanding service team!

Similar issues as other reviewers about rude owners and poor customer service. I’ll be buying all my fine linens elsewhere.

If you don't pull up in your Mercedes and custom clothes from Cuffs, don't expect much in the way of service here. In the event you have an issue with a custom piece, they will find every reason to blame the customer and hold themselves harmless.

If I could give negative 10 score, I would. You might get better service if you flaunt your money. I am not one to do so and they judged me right from the start as someone who didn't have much to spend. Arrogant, rude, lacking knowledge of anything besides what product they want to push. Too bad my 30 grand walked out with me. Worst store. Also, you are located in a strip mall. It isn't park ave. New money, nose in the air, cheap attitude. So much for trying to shop at local small business.

Block Bros. offers a great selection of luxury bedding and bath products and the customer service is everything you would expect from a luxury retailer. They are my “go to” source for fine linens. I highly recommend!

Great locally owned store. Probably nicest local store I've ever been with respect to decore, branding, products, and staff. Good furniture, fragrances, and nice home wares. You'll feel like you are a top establishment.

I will NEVER shop there again. I try to shop at local stores even though the same items are available on the internet at the same or lower prices. The owners are RUDE and their return policy is ridiculous

Bitterly rude owners. They insulted both me and their saleswoman in one breath without the slightest compunction. They convey the sense that their precious linens, which I see in other similar and much friendlier stores, are more important than the people using them. I write to encourage others to not do business at Block Bros. Such disregard for customers and employees does not deserve patronage.
