Activated my phone, I forgot to make second month payment, shut my phone off next day. Fair enough. Open at 11:00 AM? Not on any day I can recall. Camped out of the store waiting for it to open for two days, to pay my bill. Never opened. Wont return calls, all calls go to voicemail. Just took it to Verizon. Sorry.
