Bellhop movers in the Cleveland area were fantastic! Courteous, on time, professional, and worked faster than advertised! Only thing was a small chip on a piano, but other than that, really perfect movers. Highly recommend!

I was taken care of by Solomon, Jessica, and 2 recruits! They made my move from a second floor office space (with stairs) completely seamless. They were also very affordable, which was a relief after some of the other quotes I received. They all were excellent! Super friendly, efficient, and organized which is everything you need on a stressful day. They made moving easy and I would gladly use them again!

The two Bellhop team members who unloaded our PODS container, Solomon and Jaquan, were fantastic!! They were friendly, extremely hard-working, and very willing to help with the unloading in any way that they could. This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Bellhop and this team to anyone who needs assistance with their moving needs!

Do not Use this company. Check out the BBB website. Terrible service from Bellhop. Jennifer Penn will not get back to me, when she offered a laughable settlement. Movers from Jacksonville were terrible and unprofessional. Their preparation for moving my items was like a toddler trying to put his toys away. Broke glass, scratched tables, broke my portable heater base, chipped furniture and a box has gone missing with an iPhone and my medications. The only nice thing was the driver and the movers in the Cleveland area when they unloaded my items. Very nice and courteous.

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist with my long distance move. The loading was scheduled for 8am and unfortunately the driver canceled after maintenance issues. However, Solomon, Elronte and Jaquan remained positive and still helped disassemble and prepare my items for when a new truck driver was assigned. The team was efficient, wrapped all my items and handled them as if they were their own. The gentlemen were all kind and made light of a stressful situation (for me) with the driver delay. Thank you so much to the team, I’d recommend them to anyone.

Isaiah and Baron did a great job. The work was difficult but they remained upbeat and positive dispite the wet conditions. I would be happy to hire them again!

Solomon, Jessica, Jaquan, Isaiah, Frank, Cimeon, Elijah, and Antjuan were great! They packed and unloaded the truck promptly and were great to work with during our move from OH to VA. Highly recommend!

Great Move !! Solomon Elder (lead), Jaquan Howard and Jessica Morris were an awesome team. It was a hot sticky day in Cleveland, but they never stopped for four hours. They were all courteous and communicated well between themselves and me. . This is my second move with Bellhops and both were awesome. If I ever need to move again, I will use Bellhops.

Solomon and Yoel were an all-star team. They went the extra mile for my move in Cleveland Heights. Both were courteous and professional despite a very long project (6 hours) and maintained perfect, open communication with me. With the furniture they were extremely careful and ensured that all disassembly and assembly was perfect. Despite some very tricky turns and placement for large pieces there was no damage to home or furniture. 10/10 would recommend using Bellhop to book your move!
