I used to work at Bellefaire Monarch school, building N. they promote the wellbeing of children and young adults, but not employees. I took a one month unpaid leave and once I returned, I got treated like the new kid on the block. They made me feel like I was a threat to their company. Then they wrote a Performance Improvement Plan, which belittled the last few months of me doing my job. If someone's messing up, you must tell them right away! It was insulting to men going through mental health issues, as much as depression of any human being. I quit the very day I read that performance review. Rude, judgemental, harsh people. They'll take care of residents and kids, but not check on you.

This was our first stop in a very long journey. Kids were locked inside with no fresh air. Holds were traumatizing. Over medicated my child. Extremely ghetto and low income. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. Look into Utah facilities. Bellefaire made my daughter worse!

My child was there from March 2020 - Aug 2020.To be honest the first 6 weeks were pretty discouraging due to many factors & situations that my child hand a huge part in creating. But staff and myself worked diligently to create a game plan for treatment for my child that worked and from there things went very smoothly! We worked closely on a weekly basis (sometimes on a daily basis) to discuss behaviors, game plans, visits, incident reports, and my favorite was getting the positive reports on growth and change from different staff members working closely with my child. To any parent considering Residential Treatment, please know it is No cake walk for you or your child and it takes a lot of hard work for everyone involved to be successful!! I was naive about the process and quickly had to learn that my child had to be knocked down (Per Say) in order for them to be built back up into the Best person they can be!! It was hard as a Mother to trust that other people had my child's best interests at heart but I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of letting Bellefaire take the reins.I have to give credit where credit is due, not that I don't believe that each and every staff member didn't have a hand in helping to guide and counsel my child because I know it was a huge effort on everyone's part but a few that I worked hand & hand with need recognition!Mr. Kevin was a phenomenal Case Manager & was there every step of the way! He made me feel very informed throughout this process and it was definitely a pleasure working with him.Miss V is a supervisor on the unit my child stayed in & did a wonderful job holding my child accountable! Miss V was like the "Mom" to my child when I couldn't be & I loved that she seen the potential that my baby had even through all of the mental health diagnoses and behavior issues.Miss Jen has got to be the best therapist I have ever met in my life!! I have had my child with at least half dozen agencies and more than a dozen different therapist and no one has ever been able to build a relationship or earn trust from my child but Miss Jen!! I wish I were able to clone her, she is quite an amazing therapist!!I gave 4 ☆ instead of 5 just because of the rough 6 week start, but I Absolutely Recommend Bellefaire JCB to any parent seeking Residential Treatment.Thank you again Bellefaire Staff for Everything!!

.I would never recommend your child here. I was there and the stuff I saw and experienced I’m traumatized. Being in their teaches you a lot. Being in there all those cold sad nights tought me a lot. Watching how staff will take advantage of young clients. It’s sickening ?. This place is foul I don’t recommend this place.

BEWARE!!!!! This place does not care about the BEST interest of your children……..The school therapist was ripped out from the child’s life (after a year of therapy) and replaced with another therapist that wasn’t bonding with the child, and this agency doesn’t care about the impact on the child!!!!.…..They asked if “terminating” the case was an option, since it wasn’t working out for the child… REALLY???……This is a child that desperately needs help, not terminated..….The child had a fair amount of time to try to adapt the new therapist, however, they don’t care about the extra trauma they are inflicting on this child by FORCING him onto another therapist, especially since he doesn’t respond well to CHANGE. His original therapist made a breakthrough, that NO other therapist has done — they formed a rare bond that just can’t be replaced by another. All the progression is now deteriorating before my eyes………..SHAME on this agency for not doing the right thing!!!!......To sum things up — the therapists are wonderful, if you are lucky enough to KEEP them!

The environment is so welcoming, clean and organized. The staff is always in a good mood and being very professional; smiling, laughing, joking around and being helpful. I feel as though this place is a no judge zone when here. Great work guys! Keep it up!!!
